Cancellation Policy

We require 24hrs notice to cancel/postpone any appointment.

It is important that you note you will be required to pay a cancellation fee of 50% for non compliance of this policy. We regret that it may be necessary to treat appointments as cancelled for clients arriving more than 15 minutes late.

For mulitple bookings a  deposit of 50% is required.

Arrival

Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes early for your appointment to allow a stress free book-in and to enjoy your valuable chill out time. Being on time for your appointment is very much appreciated. Regretfully late arrival for your appointment will result in a reduction of your treatment time. This is a courtesy to our other clients.

Gift Vouchers

Treat someone special with a Beauty Inc experience, gift vouchers make a thoughtful gift for any special occasion and can be purchased over the telephone or in store with a debit or credit card. Vouchers are valid for 6 months and can be for a particular treatment or stated amount. For an extra special treat, we can organise flowers, cake and even Champagne.

Spa Packages

Spa packages are the ultimate relaxing experience. You can enjoy this by yourself or accompanied by your partner or friends. Package treatments must be taken all at the same time and treatments cannot be changed.

Terms & Conditions

A minimum deposit of 50% of the treatments total value is required when booking any package, party package or multiple treatments exceeding 1 hour. This is non-refundable if cancellation is made with less than 4 days notice.

All treatment times quoted in this brochure are approximate and include undressing/dressing if applicable.

Consultations are complimentary & confidential.

When booking with a gift voucher you must quote the number, you are advised to book at least a month in advance, to ensure an appointment before the voucher expires.

Expired gift vouchers cannot be used without exception.

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building.

Beauty Inc cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items, please leave valuables at home.

In the unlikely event that you have any cause for complaint please inform a member of staff before you leave. We will do our utmost to ensure your satisfaction.
